❌ What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not apply to the following situations:

  • Normal wear and tear: Minor aging, discoloration, or surface wear from regular use.
  • Damage caused by the user: Misuse, accidental drops, spills, or intentional damage.
  • Overuse or abuse: Commercial use or usage outside of normal handheld gaming.
  • External power damage: Surges, lightning strikes, faulty chargers, or power supply issues.
  • Cosmetic flaws: Scratches, scuffs, or small visual imperfections that do not affect performance.
  • Tampering or modifications: Opening the device, removing warranty seals, or attempting self-repair.
